Wow… just a few days left before it's 2006. For the past weeks, DHL delivered 100 hours of High Definition video tape, spare batteries, travel chargers, lighting equipment, a Hi-Def B-roll camera, cables and so many other odds and ends. Now we need to figure out how we can travel around the world with all these things. We have arranged for a number of interview dates around Los Angeles, and in the first week of January will continue and film Gina in her warehouse, and Sean up on Dante's Peak in Griffith Park, where he left a journal in 2001. The filming days are always the best days for me. Because otherwise, I feel a bit nervous, overwhelmed, and at the same time anxious to get on the road already. We printed postcards to take along, and someguy is mailing THIS IS AN EXPERIMENT AND YOU ARE PART OF IT stickers, so we can spread the word. Most of the interview dates in Australia and Asia are set up and confirmed. We also have started to get in touch with documentary participants on the East Coast, in Canada, and in Europe… if you haven't already, you will be hearing from me in the next few weeks.
Happy Holidays, and an inspired, creative, peaceful New Year 2006 to all.
...and back. If you want some of them, send me an SAS envelope.
